Laura’s Current Offerings
SPRING ‘25 Pauses with Laura Drop in IFS Group Experiences will be announced soon!
Who are groups for?
IFS-I L1+, Thinking Heart, Stepping Stone grads or equivalent.
Expand your IFS fluency, clarity and confidence in a supportive space led with skill to explore your clinical questions, challenges and fill in the gaps of your IFS application. We'll address wherever you're stuck or unsure to increase your confidence, clarity and Self leadership.
Groups include any of the following: guided meditations, group process, didactic teaching, case consultations, brief demos and a chance to work directly with Laura and connect with her community of healing professionals.
Since groups are larger than 6 members, they does not count for IFS Certification
Spokane Community, join Harry Neff and me for an IN-PERSON, weekly Co-ed Therapeutic Group to help you be more authentic and honest in your life
Mondays 3:15-5:00pm. 3 month commitment of at least 3 meetings per month.
Patsy Clark Mansion in Browne’s Addition, Spokane, WA
This group welcomes and explores connection, authenticity, vulnerability, mindfulness, conflict and conscious communication, strength and emotional awareness together, in community.
This group is NOT for those in crisis. Group members need to have a decent capacity for self regulation and internal strength. Be ready to dive into self reflection and befriending your internal systems though the dynamics being a part of a group generates.

Scholarships
A few partial scholarships are available in each group to individuals experiencing financial hardship, who identify as a member of an underrepresented group, or who face US$ exchange rate blues. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, click the button below and fill out the form.
I appreciate the financial, scheduling, and emotional commitment of registering for a group. Some participants join a group for the Certification hours. Others register once, twice or repeatedly after experiencing the value and importance of this community for supporting their ongoing professional and personal development. Consultees build the commitment into their monthly schedule and business expenses and find this experience is time and money well spent.
