The focus of this 2H Pause is r clinicians and healing professionals with active caseloads who have completed a multi-day IFS intro (e.g. Online Circle, PESI, etc.)

We'll build on what you've learned through parts check in, Q&A, didactic and experiential teaching, case consultation, group share, brief demos with Laura, etc.

Who is this group for?

IFS-I L1+, Thinking Heart, Stepping Stone grads.

Expand your IFS fluency, clarity and confidence in a supportive space led with skill to explore your clinical questions, challenges and fill in the gaps of your IFS application. We'll address wherever you're stuck or unsure to increase your confidence, clarity and Self leadership.

Each group member presents a case for consultation, responding to a set of questions prior to our meeting.

Groups include guided meditations, group process, didactic teaching, case consultations, and a chance to work directly with Laura in a small group of 6.

You'll be more clinically effective and energized with less effort. Each group member presents a case for consultation, responding to a set of questions prior to our meeting.

With a mix of didactic teaching, live brief demos, self inquiry and experiential learning, you’ll expand your clinical expertise, unblend from your caregiver/therapist parts, and learn to consistently access the wise healer within--the best way to prevent burnout!
